Rebuilding Old Southwest
The rebuilding of downtown Roanoke's Historic Old Southwest's and Miller's Hill neighborhoods is busy with renovations underway. Grand old homes from the early 1900's have fallen into dis-repair over the years but none the less have retained their rustic charm.
We are restoring these houses to todays green environmental and energy standards returning them to efficent single family dwellings within walking distance of the downtown area. Working in these houses has revealed much of the early history of Roanoke. The craftmanship of these homes and the materials used were the finest available at the time.
